Enforce have and will remain dedicated to skills development across all plains. As such it has been a standing practice for Enforce to have an accredited Training Academy. From the inception of Enforce Security we have held the PSIRA Accreditation status and were able to train not only our own but many private individuals in the Grade Training required in the Security Industry.
However with the implementation of the Skills Development Act and the establishment of the SETA’s (Sectional Education Training Authority) Enforce made the decision to meet the challenge head on and apply for accreditation with SASSETA (then called POSLEC). The challenge was not only met but surpassed by Enforce becoming one of the first Security Organisations to have their internal training centre fully accredited not only as a training centre but also to deliver short courses, skills programmes and a full qualification.
