Overview
As a private, 100% South African, Black-Owned business, Enforce Security Services (Pty) Ltd recognises that as a result of discriminatory laws and practices, there are disparities in employment, occupation and income within the national labour market and business environment.
The three components of this strategy include:
Enforce Security Services choose to have its empowerment credentials audited and rated by an external credible BEE Rating Organisation, namely EmpowerDex. The rationale for exposing Enforce to such an intense external audit was simply to offer our clients the peace of mind that we are who we say we are. This allows our clients to accept on face value our entire empowerment credentials from equity through to social responsibility, employment equity, business development etc.
We are proud to have achieved the our EmpowerDex Rating.
EmpowerDex, an independent economic empowerment rating and research agency founded in 2001, supports both the public and private sectors in accelerating black economic empowerment. Their ratings are essentially unbiased evaluations of companies’ BEE status in terms of their direct empowerment regarding ownership, management and control, human resources development, commitment to empowerment and operational and financial capacity with an eye on their vulnerability to fronting.
