This confidential 24-hour message-recorded telephone number gives employees the anonymity of talking to a pre-recorded voice, not an individual.
Your Enforce Honesty Line will be monitored constantly by qualified personnel from our Enforce Investigation Division, overseen by a Director.
To prevent abuse of this service, all information is qualified prior to reporting back to the responsible person nominated by you. Incidents are categorized in order of severity and feedback is provided on an ongoing basis as is necessary.
We will advise on an appropriate course of action, where necessary.
The service is supported by a range of client-specific on-site communication such as posters and stickers encouraging employees to make use of the service. Enforce will assist in educating management, unions and employees about the line, its operation and objectives at an affordable cost.
