VIP protection

Our Close Protection Service offer involves the protection of individuals through Physical Environment Protection, Point-to-Point Safety, and through the services of professionally trained, discreet and creditable bodyguards. All of our personnel are carefully vetted with bodyguards primarily recruited from the SAPS reaction/task force units or military special-forces reconnaissance units

    Forensic Investigations – Our forensic investigations unit conducts in-depth examinations of potentially fraudulent practices. Service offered include:

  • Risk Analysis - We also conduct test buying exercises and customer service analysis to isolate operational areas and practices at risk of fraud and theft
  • Debt recovery – while this is not our core area of operation we will undertake to recover certain debts on agreement with our clients

Enforce’s Honesty Line service a provides a dedicated and closely monitored integrity line where your staff are encouraged to report any irregular activity.

  • This confidential 24hour message recorded telephone number gives employees the anonymity of talking to a pre-recorded voice, not an individual.
  • Your Enforce Honesty Line will be monitored constantly by qualified personnel from our Enforce Investigation Division, overseen by a Director.
  • To prevent abuse of this service, all information is qualified prior to reporting back to the responsible person nominated by you.
  • Incidents are categorized in order of severity and feedback is provided on an ongoing basis as is necessary.
  • We will advise on an appropriate course of action, where necessary 

Support
 
The service is supported by a range of client-specific on-site communication such as posters and stickers encouraging employees to make use of the service. Enforce will assist in educating management, unions and employees about the line, its operation and objectives at an affordable cost.
