With vast experience in the Military Security, I saw the potential of becoming involved in the Private Security Sector.  The opportunity arose when the Partners of Enforce Security Services approached me with a view to coming on board, towards the end of 2002. In 2003, I joined Enforce Security Services Executive team as the majority shareholder and hold the position of Executive Chairman. I was elected as President for Security Association South Africa (SASA) in 2007 and Chairman of the Security Industry Association (SIA)

CLINTON JAMES PHIPPS

Clinton is a qualified accountant and a practising member of SAIPA.  He has been a stakeholder in the security industry since 1994 as well as having considerable experience in financial and corporate management in the manufacturing, finance and accounting industries. Clinton has the responsibility of leading Enforce and its Directorship in the fast pace and challenging South African security industry. Clinton currently holds the position of Financial Director of the Security Association South Africa (SASA).

         
                      
DAVID CHRISTOPHER BIRKETT

After spending five years at Natal University studying towards a Law Degree, I made the transition into the business sector when I joined a local security company. It soon became evident that opportunities existed in the industry and in 1978 made the decision to start my own company. In 2000 I amalgamated my business with Enforce Security Services to become one of the largest privately owned security companies in the country.

Efficiencies both operational and financial are paramount to the success of any business, but particularly pertinent to Services Company Such As Enforce.  Therefore, it is my responsibility as Financial Director to ensure that all aspects of the business are being managed to their optimum efficiency level so as to ensure the ongoing success and financial stability of Enforce Security Services.  I am currently a practising member of the CIS fraternity and registered with the CIMA Board Authority.
