JOB OBJECTIVE
The Logistics Officer’s responsibility is to handle processes involved in a supply chain, liaising with a variety of parties including suppliers of security equipment, cellular phone service providers, uniform manufacturers, vehicle panel beaters and suppliers etc.
The Logistics Officer will coordinate processes to ensure the requested security equipment and security uniforms are made available for distribution to sites and new contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of security equipment and uniforms.
Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
Analyse data to monitor demand and supply chain and to plan improvements in turnover of stock.
Allocate and manage staff resources and uniforms according to changing site needs;
liaise and negotiate with suppliers;
Analyse logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Manage and control Vehicle Fleet.
COMPETENCIES
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have a strong professional presence
Strong leadership competencies required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
Good Administration Skills.
Technical knowledge of Vehicle Mechanics.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years logistics officer experience
Code 10 and PDP unendorsed driver’s licence with own vehicle
Fully Compliant with New Firearm Competency.
Minimum PSIRA Grade B (Legislation Requirement according to Industry regulations)
Minimum 1 year Experience in the Security Industry.
Relevant Tertiary Qualification with be an advantage

The driver will be responsible for specified transportation duties on a day to day basis. The driver will report to the Fleet Manager at Enforce Security Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Vehicle by conducting operator maintenance.
Plan Route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the office.
Transport the office staff/ guests when required.
Fulfill special requests from HODs at head office by picking up and delivering items as directed by the Fleet Manager and running errands.
Maintain passenger confidence by keeping passenger conversations/information strictly confidential.
Any other tasks as assigned within the fleet department.

JOB OBJECTIVE
The assistant to Operations is responsible for assisting the client with operations of security services administrative duties and forging client relations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Engages all appropriate personnel including Security Officers/ Controllers/ Inspectors/ site Supervisors etc, to ensure operational efficiency.
· Responsible for all site administrative functions ,Smart ,Telephone answer ring ,Faxing ,E-mailing ,Data capturing ,Typing letter ,Taking messages
· Liaise with CSM to provide recommendations to client to adjust their security needs to meet the increasing crime rate.
· Manages the on-site training and recruitment functions of security personnel for the successful implementation of operational goals.
· Carry out site surveys and compile reports for the Client.
· Ensure organized and efficient administration function.
COMPETENCIES
Assistant must have administrative experience including Computer Skills,Smart Rosters,Receptionist Skills ,E-mailing ,Faxing ,Public Relations.
Must have strong communication skills and an energetic, proactive, and independent work style.
Keen interest in customer service delivery
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office/ Emails.
Display excellent Leadership qualities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric + 5 years experience in the Security Industry
PSIRA registered Grade B
